So taking time walking  and looking through  shows along the street and checking through all the shops really made my day so wonderful.

Oxford street…

Next place to shopping in London is on Oxford Street.Oxfordd street is the home to many well-known British brands. One of my favourite is TOPSHOP ,the  well-known british brand .  They have a biggest shop here. TOPSHOP recently lanuched a make-up line that comes in polka dot packaging – super cute! What I love about TOPSHOP is their variety: they have all the different fashion lines that fit everybody’s personalities. They have line for Tall, Petite, maternity, and also studio brand for young designer clothes. Even Kate moss has her line with TOPSHOP.  Even better, you get 10% discount form your  ISIC student card which is just awesome. Everything in the shop is so cutie and adorable. so this is a must -visit shop!

One important thing that you just can’t miss in London is Shopping. Why? Coz u just can’t miss seeing all chic malls in London and can’t wait to see all famous British stores. Starting with the most adorable mall I felt in love with “Liberty”

Liberty mall is located on Regent street. You can get there by oxford circus tube station. First step I arrived there I just felt like wow! Is this a mall? There is a flower shop in front of it and when i walked pass the second door , I  was stunned by the interior - the floor ,the corridor, the stairs, and even the elevator is made of wood!!! I have never seen the mall like this before. It is awesome! And the decoration with all the nice sofa and chic mannequins. Everything in every detail is absolutely gorgeous.

In front of the mall. Isn’t that chic?

With the shop window in front of the mall. wow, it’s been 135 years!

The flower shop at the entrance to the mall.

Gorgeous ornament from the ceiling

With stylish mannequin inside the mall

Graffiti makes Banksy the top 100 influential people

Who said graffiti is junk…

Recently, Time magazine just issued their Time 100 people to influence the world and among Lady Gaga, Robert Pattinson, the Bristol born Banksy was in the top artists TOO!!

If you have never heard or known Banksy before, dont worry! Cuz noone really knew who he is  either. We mean most people know Banksy’s work, we just dont know how he looks and therefore dont know who he is.

For those of you who are still scratching your head and thinkinnk what the heck we are talking about, Banksy is one of the most famous graffitists of our time. His work causes controversy and people to re-think the definition of art.

Banksy’s work appear on the unusual places and in unusual forms – they look surreal that everyone has to turn back and look twice. If you dont believe us, next time you are in London watch out for some graffiti like this

Or hop on a bus and go to Bristol to find most of his work. We were intrigued by his quirkiness and drawnd by his satire that we literally spent one whole day walking around the city for his work.

His work isnt limited to graffiti only, but extended to parody of famous paintings (sometimes he even pulled out stunts to put these painting right next to the real one in the highest security galleries too).

Banksy and his definition of art causes much controversy in the art world. Some critics find his imgaes “canal and vacuous”. But for us, we think Banksy is truly what defines ‘Other Britain’ – the unusual Britain and Brits.

And you? Tell us what you think about Banksy?
